- BPO\'S are offered interior (BPOi) or exterior report(BPOX), both displaying photos.
- Interior BPO includes three comparable properties and a front photo of each as well as a front photo of the subject and 4 interior photos of the subject.
- Exterior BPO includes three active comparables as well as 3 sold comparable properties and front photos of each. This report includes a subject photo and street scene photo.
- The BPO is not an appraisal
Property Condition Report (PCR)
The PCR is an interior report performed by a licensed real estate agent to help mortgage and insurance professionals quickly determine the condition of collateral properties. Visual damage is commented on and noted in photographs. Delivered in an average of 72 hours, the PCR:
- Provides subject property verification
- Determines current condition of subject
- Provides an assessment of visible repairs
- Includes photos of front, back, all rooms and any damage.
- The PCR is not an appraisal and does not give value or estimated repair costs.

All preservation services are contracted with either our National Preservation team or with local sub contractors. Preservation services vary greatly and are priced per job. In most cases, given specific information.
